Helen was so lovely and so accommodating to me. I wear a headscarf and she made arrangements so that the salon is suitably covered. She was very friendly and professional and it was really nice having a chat with her. She did my hair very nicely and to my expectation. I will definitely be returning and will always use this salon for my hair.

I have a course of Caci.. It is always a lovely pampering experience. I have noticed such a big difference to my jaw line, smile lines and overall. Well worth it and at a really good price. The salon isn’t near to where I live but is so professional friendly and reasonable cost it’s definitely worth travelling to. I love all of the ladies there ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As usual, service was the best and on time. A friendly atmosphere, nothing too much trouble. The salon is very clean and has a good display of products.

I can’t emphasise enough what a great experience it is here. Saira is the sweetest, with so much knowledge and expertise. The salon is beautiful, comfortable and clean, and you’ll be provided with guidance and walked through each step. Couldn’t recommend Resolve enough!!

I visited Pure Nine Beauty today for a lash lift and eyebrow lamination and tint. The woman who did my treatments (didn't get your name, sorry!) was incredibly compassionate. I was feeling quite stressed and had to check some emails and speak to someone during the appointment. She was very understanding and didn’t rush me, noticing that I was somewhat distressed. After finishing my tasks, I put my phone away and fully engaged in the treatments. We chatted throughout the appointment, and I was very pleased with the results. I 100% recommend Pure Nine Beauty and will definitely be returning.

Thanks to Kerry for being so accommodating and adding a brow shape and tint to my already booked Shellac nails and Crystal clear facial. Living life on the edge and chose Ophelia as a change from my usual colour. Have to mention Hayley who was looking particularly sophisticated today with a gleaming smile. As always an absolute joy to visit Exclusive Beauty Spa and I'd highly recommend the salon.

I received a voucher for bloom beauty for my birthday and I treated myself to a full body massage for 60 mins. I really enjoyed my time at the salon and my treatment. On a miserable, rainy day, it was incredibly relaxing to escape into such beautiful surroundings for a Crystal Clear facial from Kerry. The soft scent from the wonderful White Company diffuser made the ambience even more soothing. My facial felt amazing. Hayley's attention to detail with the salon refurbishment truly elevated the entire experience to another level. Highly recommended!

Honestly cannot praise Edwina enough! She's lovely, friendly, polite, helpful. And she works wonders with my hair! The salon is beautiful and all staff are lovely and I wouldn't use any other salon now.

Lovely to visit the recently refurbished salon. The relaxing colour scheme creates such a calm and inviting atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Every detail has clearly been thought through by Hayley — from the perfectly coordinated décor to the comfortable layout that makes the whole experience feel luxurious and soothing, complete with matching hand towels and little baskets under the sofa. As always the staff are warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and personal care.
