We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. This is now my favourite and most recommended Thai massage in Birmingham. After my trusted therapist moved back to Thailand, I struggled to find the right place — until Faa. I’ve had two sessions and left both times genuinely rejuvenated. I suffer with lower back pain, sciatic issues and tight hips from long 12-hour shifts, and her deep tissue hot oil massage is strong, precise and truly therapeutic. Skilled, intuitive and never rushed. Highly recommended 10/10.

Harvinder was amazing at doing my eyebrows. I’m in Birmingham for university so mainly get my eyebrows done from my city but one lady botched one of them. Harvinder is very competent in what she does and now my eyebrows look amazing. Bonus - My mum loves them too!

I was SO nervous before this appointment. And was struggling to find a good salon in Birmingham to cater for my needs but J Beauty was amazing! Tension khatam. Best massage I’ve had in Birmingham!

I had a pregnancy massage with Farah and she was absolutely lovely. She’s so friendly and immediately made me feel at ease. Farah is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to give me lots of helpful tips and advice throughout the session. The massage itself was really great and exactly what I needed. I’d highly recommend her and will definitely be booking again.
