Second time I have been to Ellen. The first time was for a pedicure which was fantastic. This time it was for a manicure. I must say the results do not disappoint. My nails were in need of serious attention which Ellen provided. She took her time to repair my nail and advise me on nail polish suitable for my skin tone. She made my extremely short nails look fantastic.

I have been coming to Precious since I moved to Birmingham a year and a half ago, she is honestly the best nail tech I have ever had, she is so thorough, nothing is too much no matter what you want and her attention to detail is impeccable…she really listens to what you want and always does her best to accommodate, even when you need a last minute appointment…I really couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

I met Arvi when she did my nails a few weeks ago when I was visiting the UK. She is outstanding - not only as a nail tech, but also as a human being. I hope everyone visits Tandis and supports this business. I cannot recommend highly enough. I came to get my biab done today and Pati did an absolute excellent job. She really paid attention to getting my nails in great condition first, especially my cuticals. She did exactly what i asked for and i am so pleased with my experience. She also saw to my mom and soaked off her gels. We are both so pleased and will be making Pati our new go to nail technician. Another amazing manicure at Nail’d It HN Birmingham. As a regular at the nail bar, I have every faith in my nail technician and once again I’m delighted with my new nail look. My natural long nails needed a trim - making the decision to go shorter than my normal look was daunting but needed to be done on this occasion. Mona delivered and filed the perfect shape and length - she even curated a customised paint colour by overlaying two complimenting colours to create my desired shade of nude pink. Thank you again Mona!

Vicky is a brilliant nail technician, I had extensions done almost 3 weeks ago for my holiday and they still looked amazing at the end. She removed them for me and gave me a lovely manicure as my own nails had grown so well. Vicky is easy to talk to and knows her trade really well. Wow. I wish I had found nails and the city sooner! Straight away they are welcoming and friendly. The decorations are divine (I love pink!) and very relaxed. It was my first time having my nails done and I was a tad nervous but Nian was so thoughtful, attentive and gentle which worked wonders. I love this salon. The girls are friendly and professional. Pari did a beautiful manicure & shellac for me. 💅 She made a new nail to fix a broken one. I didnt know you could do that! Their prices are very reasonable too. When I first went it was with the intention of just getting a weekly wash & blow dry. Now I also get my nails done. My eyebrows & eyelashes tinted and my roots done. I've been really happy with each service I've tried. The girls aren't pushy about products or services they gently suggest something but don't push. I feel comfortable & relaxed there. I highly recommend. 😊

Another excellent experience at Nail’d It, Harvey Nichols Birmingham. I’ve just returned from my monthly manicure with Mona and I couldn’t be happier. On this occasion, my natural nails needed reshaping and the length reducing. This can be a slightly daunting prospect for anyone with long natural nails - getting it wrong isn’t an option. As ever, Mona listened carefully to my requirements and I’m so pleased. The sharp, square shape is perfect and well complimented by the soft, feminine hues of Bubble Bath nail polish. Ellen provides the most impeccable and ideal nail tech experience. From our first contact on WhatsApp, Ellen provided prompt and clear information on how to book, and worked with me to achieve the looks I pitched on my moodboard! When I arrived, her studio was very well signposted, she was so friendly, offering me tea or coffee, as well as so transparent about her hygienic set-up which is so rarely seen in studios these days. Her work is so precise and neat, with my nails looking beautiful but actually feeling healthy too! Cannot recommend enough - 12/10 💅🏽💓

This was my first time having my treatment done my Eme. The experience was absolutely brilliant. I can't thank you enough. I've been a nail biter for nearly all my life and the use of false nails have really ruined my nails. But I am so glad that I chose Eme because one she is so understanding, non judgemental and nice and she made me feel so comfortable. My nails after felt so much better and she really took care with doing them she didn't rush or anything, well worth the money and I couldn't of asked for anything more Thank you Eme my new nail tec :)
