Farah was so welcoming and so professional, I felt at ease throughout the appointment. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me as she was doing it. The treatment was amazing, I felt really comfortable and the massage was so relaxing! Again, Farah explained what she was doing and why she was doing it during the treatment, showing her expertise. After the treatment, I was given great advice and aftercare to support recovery. I will 100% be booking in again!

Caelie came to my home for a mobile (pregnancy) manual lymphatic drainage massage. Caelie was so lovely, immediately put me at ease and was very knowledgeable about the treatment. She left me half asleep to be honest... I felt so relaxed and genuinely lighter afterwards even though I didn't have much swelling. It was such a gorgoeus treatment. I'd definitely recommend Caelie and MLD even if it's just for general wellness.

Had an amazing session really clean and professional. Tae went above and beyond the session giving a massage and curating a skincare routine that would work for my skin as well as recommending products and writing out the guidelines. I had an appointment with Farah for an assessment and sports massage. Farah was very open and friendly putting me at ease right away, she explained everything she was doing thoroughly which meant I was able to learn so much about my body. The massage was amazing, with Farah checking that the pressure was right throughout and she has sent exercises for me to do to fix some of the slight issues she found. Thank you so much, the whole experience was excellent and I’ll definitely be back.
