Attention to detail from beginning to end. Mon is experienced and Bella who did my lashes did a great job under pressure as my neck and back pain was playing up during my first visit. Asked for natural eyelashes and they consulted and gave me options and ideas for what look would suit and achieved a look that looks great on me. Definitely would recommend to my friends in Brisbane.

Jessica’s kind and polite hospitality made me feel very calm arriving for my first session. She went above and beyond with her kindness in addition to her services - and I left the store with the biggest smile on my face! This is the best place I've been to for lash extensions so far! Bella, who did my lashes, was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. First time in the new salon. Had Naomi and Hen today. Beautiful place, well set out. It’s still their soft opening period, so it’s lovely and quiet. Which means they had the time to pay attention to detail and not rush. I hope that continues when they get a busier. My nails were simple acrylic and paint, but done well and I’m fussy. They both were lovely women and pleasant and happy to do what I wanted from photos. Expect to pay lux prices if you want any design, chrome, polish or extras on top of basic services- each add on does stack up quickly.

She’s professional, talented, and genuinely cares about her clients. I wasn’t styled by the rest of the team, but everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The salon has a warm, relaxing atmosphere. Charley has been amazing, I can’t recommend her enough! I was hesitant to start using someone new as I’ve had some bad experiences in the past, but since moving to Brisbane the commute back to the Gold Coast was becoming too much. I can’t believe I didn’t go sooner, my first set of lashes lasted 5 weeks before I even needed an infill. She listens to everything you want and makes the whole experience super comfortable and not rushed. Far better than the salons that stack appointments and are focused on getting you out the door. The price as well has been way better than everything around!

Absolutely loved my experience here! I got both my hair and nails done and the team did such an amazing job. Sia did my hair and Clara did my nails. You can really tell they take their time and genuinely care about the quality of their work instead of rushing through appointments.
