Attention to detail from beginning to end. Mon is experienced and Bella who did my lashes did a great job under pressure as my neck and back pain was playing up during my first visit. Asked for natural eyelashes and they consulted and gave me options and ideas for what look would suit and achieved a look that looks great on me. Definitely would recommend to my friends in Brisbane.

Jessica’s kind and polite hospitality made me feel very calm arriving for my first session. First time in the new salon. Had Naomi and Hen today. Beautiful place, well set out. It’s still their soft opening period, so it’s lovely and quiet. Which means they had the time to pay attention to detail and not rush. I hope that continues when they get a busier. My nails were simple acrylic and paint, but done well and I’m fussy. They both were lovely women and pleasant and happy to do what I wanted from photos. Expect to pay lux prices if you want any design, chrome, polish or extras on top of basic services- each add on does stack up quickly.

The decision to go grey was something I had been thinking about for ages and I’m so glad I went for a grey blending consultation with Kaitlyn. After talking me through what would be involved, I then made a booking with Lucy. Lucy has seen me through the whole process and I haven’t looked back. Lucy took my boring over coloured shoulder length hair and has given me an amazing new look. Charley has been amazing, I can’t recommend her enough! I was hesitant to start using someone new as I’ve had some bad experiences in the past, but since moving to Brisbane the commute back to the Gold Coast was becoming too much. I can’t believe I didn’t go sooner, my first set of lashes lasted 5 weeks before I even needed an infill. She listens to everything you want and makes the whole experience super comfortable and not rushed. Far better than the salons that stack appointments and are focused on getting you out the door. The price as well has been way better than everything around!

Absolutely loved my experience here! I got both my hair and nails done and the team did such an amazing job. Sia did my hair and Clara did my nails. You can really tell they take their time and genuinely care about the quality of their work instead of rushing through appointments.
