Amy does my nails better than anyone ever has (I also never stop getting compliments on them) And Charlotte recently fixed my hair after a few years of hair struggles and bad experiences. She did an absolutely amazing job and truly gave me my confidence back for which I’m so grateful! Jessica’s kind and polite hospitality made me feel very calm arriving for my first session. She went above and beyond with her kindness in addition to her services - and I left the store with the biggest smile on my face! Amy is amazing! She nails it (pun intended) every time. Since finding her, I could never go back to a walk-in shopping centre salon. Her “natural” French tips are my favourite but she does amazing colours, shapes and nail art too. Going to crash driving home one day because I’m too busy admiring my nails. 😆

This was the most amazing experience ever. I saw one of Niqui’s fb photos about overlays for nail biters and was amazed so I thought I’d give it a try. The appointment was so quick, and the result has made me so so happy! I’ve been a nail biter my whole life so I’m very glad that the health of my nail is priority and the whole focus of the overlay is to facilitate my nail growth and health journey! I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else anymore. Also, Niqui is such a friendly, knowledgeable and just a beautiful person! Thanks a million. Looking forward to returning shortly! ☺️💝

Had my first appointment with Niqui today after getting a terrible set of BIAB nails done. I really wish there was a regulatory body in the beautiful industry where you can complain about terrible nail techs. Anyway Niqui created a beautiful fresh set of acyrlic classic french tip today for me, and she had a lot of work to fix up the ridiculous nails that were so poorly done. Niqui I cannot thank you enough for the stunning set, the great conversation, for being warm and welcoming!! I will def be back for my next set! Thank you so much. Ladies I cannot recommend Niqui enough!

First time in the new salon. Had Naomi and Hen today. Beautiful place, well set out. It’s still their soft opening period, so it’s lovely and quiet. Which means they had the time to pay attention to detail and not rush. I hope that continues when they get a busier. My nails were simple acrylic and paint, but done well and I’m fussy. They both were lovely women and pleasant and happy to do what I wanted from photos. Expect to pay lux prices if you want any design, chrome, polish or extras on top of basic services- each add on does stack up quickly.

After talking me through what would be involved, I then made a booking with Lucy. Lucy has seen me through the whole process and I haven’t looked back. Lucy took my boring over coloured shoulder length hair and has given me an amazing new look. Charley has been amazing, I can’t recommend her enough! I was hesitant to start using someone new as I’ve had some bad experiences in the past, but since moving to Brisbane the commute back to the Gold Coast was becoming too much. I can’t believe I didn’t go sooner, my first set of lashes lasted 5 weeks before I even needed an infill. She listens to everything you want and makes the whole experience super comfortable and not rushed. Far better than the salons that stack appointments and are focused on getting you out the door. The price as well has been way better than everything around!

The BEST in Brisbane

Whilst not a Brisbane local, the experience at the salon was so wonderful I will happily travel to visit again . Lucy listened so carefully to my very vague instructions as to how I wanted my hair to look. When I said I wanted a fringe after more than 30 years without one, Lucy immediately agreed and was confident it would look great. It doesn’t just look great it looks fabulous - the layers Lucy cut/razored are perfect and I left the salon with hair exactly how I wanted it. Had the most fabulous shampoo where Lucy took time to get rid of the yellow from my old foils. Superb experience !

It’s my first time doing my nails at Sugaplum studio. Tahnee is such a friendly and talented nail artist. She gave me heaps of information about nails. 10/10 I recommend 💕
