Fantastic-very good professional soft tissue massage. Jason took in account the history of the injury, made an assessment and explained everything in detail- learned a lot about the the mechanics of the legs- how to prevent another injury from happening and vey good advice regarding stretches and treatment. Super happy would highly recommend him for ultra runners!

Teresa is very good of explaining what is going on, only my second visit but the benefits are felt, pain diminished, ease of movement improved, which is nice.
