Lexi did an amazing job, the whole experience has been so fun and relaxing compared to being in a busy salon! I went for a curly cut, highlights and lowlights and wash and style. I absolutely loved the result, my hair is lighter, bouncy curls come so much more naturally with the cut and I love the dimension the colour added. She offered loose leaf tea and was super attentive making sure we both had the same things in mind for my hair. I’ve also purchased some of the natural shampoo and conditioner and can’t wait to start making my own - inspired 🩵✨it genuinely works so well for my hair!!

Great experience. The massage was great and just what I needed. I went for a lymphatic massage but we discussed what I actually needed and had a mixture of soft and harder pressure.

Cannot recommend the hot stone massage enough. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, and the heat really helped ease my muscles — I left feeling refreshed and completely rejuvenated. I will definitely be booking this again. Rebecca is always so friendly and welcoming from the moment you step through the door, making sure you’re comfortable and well looked after throughout. The whole experience feels calm, professional, and truly pampering.

I have been having my nails done by Rebecca for a few months now and, after trying most salons in Chester, I can honestly say this place is the best. The attention to detail and care taken over each nail is impressive. I can’t go anywhere else now as the quality here is amazing!

This is the second time visiting Wild Roots Hair Studio and I absolutely love it. Lexie is so kind and takes such pride in her work I feel like she appreciates each and every client. Her shampoo she sells as well has been a game changer for me, it’s helping reducing the amount of flakes in my hair giving me my confidence back.

My experience at Rebecca Jaynes was simply amazing. Lucy did my hair which was simply one of the best blow dries I have ever had. My hair stayed in style the whole day. Rebecca finished with my make up and I loved it. I felt so confident going to the wedding. They both listened to me, got to know me in a very short space of time and styled my hair and make up to suit me. They were brilliant. Plus by the time I left I felt so relaxed I enjoyed every minute of the wedding. Totally professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you
