Isobel was fantastic — confident, really friendly, and explained the procedure so eloquently, which I really appreciated as it was my first time experiencing it. The venue is stunning, with easy parking too. I’d have no hesitation recommending Isobel and the charcoal facial. I even received a compliment on my skin within an hour of leaving the salon! She is an experienced nurse who takes the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, which immediately puts you at ease. I felt completely comfortable and in very safe hands throughout. The whole team at Radiate are so friendly, welcoming and professional, and the salon itself has such a warm, relaxing atmosphere. I can’t recommend Rio highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. Rio is professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had – the perfect balance of firm pressure and relaxation, with great attention to the areas that needed the most work. I left feeling refreshed, looser, and with far less tension than when I arrived. I recently visited Stargaze Aesthetics in Stockport and had a really good experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which helped as I was a bit nervous before my appointment. My therapist, Stephanie talked me through everything beforehand and explained exactly what she was going to do, so I felt comfortable the whole time. The treatment itself was good value compared with other places I’d looked at, and I was impressed with how thorough they were with aftercare. They explained what to do afterwards and even followed up to make sure everything was going well.
