Isobel was fantastic — confident, really friendly, and explained the procedure so eloquently, which I really appreciated as it was my first time experiencing it. The venue is stunning, with easy parking too. I’d have no hesitation recommending Isobel and the charcoal facial. I even received a compliment on my skin within an hour of leaving the salon! The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had – the perfect balance of firm pressure and relaxation, with great attention to the areas that needed the most work. I left feeling refreshed, looser, and with far less tension than when I arrived. It was obvious that Rio genuinely cares about providing a high-quality treatment rather than just rushing through an appointment.

Thrilled with my new brows and lashes, Rachel is excellent. Rachel also helped me to rearrange nail appointments for my girls after I'd made an error booking them on line!! It was no trouble, or she certainly didn't let me know that it was. Great customer service which is what brings you back.

Charlie made me feel so welcome. She was friendly, chatty and calming, which helped ease my anxiety. She took the time to explain absolutely everything before, during and after the treatment including the filler itself, the numbing cream, aftercare, what to expect. I recently visited Stargaze Aesthetics in Stockport and had a really good experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which helped as I was a bit nervous before my appointment. My therapist, Stephanie talked me through everything beforehand and explained exactly what she was going to do, so I felt comfortable the whole time. The treatment itself was good value compared with other places I’d looked at, and I was impressed with how thorough they were with aftercare. They explained what to do afterwards and even followed up to make sure everything was going well.

I usually have the Signature Spa Massage, which is absolutely amazing. However, Janet is now offering a Lymphatic Drainage Massage so I tried this out this time. It was the most relaxing massage I've ever had and fell asleep a couple of times during the treatment. It consists of very light pressure on the lymphatic system which is just under the skin. This is followed by very gentle strokes to move the toxins in your body along the lymphatic system so your body can cleanse itself and expel the toxins in your urine. This really was a lovely experience and I can recommend it to anyone.
