As always very accommodating as I was running very late to my appointment due to severe traffic they were all so very understanding. Arrived at my appointment and I had changed my mind to what I wanting doing from my consultation Serena listened to me and was happy to it for me. Always happy chatty and a pleasure to be in company. Love love my hair every time I walk out the salon.

I’ve just had my second Illumifacial and I can already see an improvement in my skin. My first session resulted in a dark sunspot disappearing and a noticeable improvement in my drooping around my lower face. My husband actually commented on it! I had the High Frequency Facial which was just perfect from start to finish and so relaxing, Rachel even threw in a guided meditation whilst the face mask was setting. She talks you through everything she’s going to do, you have a full skin consultation prior to the treatment too. Rachel has created such a serene atmosphere in her treatment room you feel calm before any treatment has even begun. My skin looks and feels amazing since. It’s definitely something i will have to treat myself to more often 🩷 I have also received an email containing a compete aftercare plan tailored to my skin.

Honestly best thing I have done! I first booked with ciara for a consultation as I am a lady in my 50s and just wanted to do something to help with my fine lines we had a chat and I booked for a course for skin boosters and eye boosters as she said it would really benefit me I was abit sceptical at first weather it would work or not but after my second session of skin and eye boosters I could really see a difference with my fine lines which have almost completely gone and my under eyes bags have changed massively I would absolutely recommend this treatment its such a confidence boost

I have had a couple of facials off Rio. My latest one was the Deluxe Microdermabrasion. Rio is a true professional, she is very knowledgeable. She knows the answer to any skin concerns you have and how to treat them. On top of the treatment you get a neck and shoulder massage and a hand massage - they are unbelievably relaxing. My skin looks radiant and healthy. I recommend Rio’s treatments to everyone.
