Thrilled with my new brows and lashes, Rachel is excellent. Rachel also helped me to rearrange nail appointments for my girls after I'd made an error booking them on line!! It was no trouble, or she certainly didn't let me know that it was. Great customer service which is what brings you back.

Isobel gives first class treatment while making you feel SO at ease. Im on my 4th session of laser (Hollywood and underarm) and have noticed visible results from the first session. Wouldn't ever go anywhere else. You're incredible x

Isobel was fantastic — confident, really friendly, and explained the procedure so eloquently, which I really appreciated as it was my first time experiencing it. The venue is stunning, with easy parking too. I’d have no hesitation recommending Isobel and the charcoal facial. I even received a compliment on my skin within an hour of leaving the salon!
