Very clean throughout the salon all staff from reception to the professional was very polite and welcoming I had a massage facial and some dermel filler today from sian and Sarah both really professional and welcoming thank you both so much for my treatments

I’ve been coming to Prept for over 5 years and I’ve had a fantastic experience every time. From gel nails, lvl lashes, facials, hair colour, keratin treatment and styling. It’s great that you can get access to so many different services in one place. All the ladies who are based at Prept are so friendly and welcoming, it’s always a fab atmosphere to relax and have a chat. And they each pay real attention to detail with their treatments. Back from seeing Laura having had my filler injections around my chin and jaw areas. Fabulous experience as it didn’t hurt at all (I’m a bit of a softy!). I’ve previously had facial fillers above my cheeks, along with my lips, with Laura and knew I was in very good hands. We discussed which areas would be best for what I wanted to achieve and I’m thrilled!!! There’s no bruising whatsoever and the swelling is minimal. Really thrilled with the results already and a huge boost to my confidence!!! Can’t thank Laura enough for her gentleness, expertise and professionalism.

Lovely friendly staff, therapist very nice. Never had a facial where the therapist wears gloves for entire time. Not sure if this is new policy but does detract from the experience. Sound and feeling of the plastic on my skin.

Had a fabulous facial, brows and lashes done today with Ciara. Ciara is excellent at her job, checking regularly that you are feeling comfortable. Walked out after my treatment feeling fabulous

Two days of treatments and all fab! I’ve had an eyelash lift from the lovely Phoebe during a masterclass and a derma-plane and eyebrow wax, and due to regular facials my skins is super clear and glowing. As always Rachel is super welcoming and knowledgeable and I have left feeling holiday ready. Can’t recommend her enough x
