Kylie was so lovely, took her time and explained everything. She was really clear with what could be achieved with very dark hair! My balayage and blow dry looks fab, I’m really pleased with it. Such a lovely salon with friendly staff, will definitely be back and would recommend.

Nathan is a magician! Took me 3 years to choose a hairdresser when I moved to Manchester/Stockport (don’t judge) and Nathan is my guy now! Super kind and funny. Love the salon. Highly recommend all the above! Still get compliments on my hair 3 months down the line :)

First time at HOC the lovely leighoni done a red balayage on my hair. . She was professional and knowledgeable on colour. She went through step by step what she was doing and I am happy with the result. It's not the red I wanted however I am aware that there is a process with the red on black hair. She did show me which tone of red would lift and what the final outcome will be eventually and cannot be done in 1 sitting. I will def be booking again to get the desired red I want. All the girls were friendly and there is a great team there good vibes everyone chatty. Very talented set of girls

The salon is very nice - comfortable, well lit and has a lovely ambience. It’s my first visit and I’m aiming for a bit of a change. I had full confidence in Jack using his colour expertise to start the transformation of my coloured hair to a (more age appropriate for me) softer grey. He talked through everything and his experience and expertise was obvious. I’m very happy with the (really nice) way I’ve been treated and the results of my highlights & lowlights. Will 100% be coming back. Really recommend this salon.

Emma and Leighoni did a perfect job on my head today. I have such a dark root and they got it amazing for my first sitting. Another lovely relaxing massage from Janet. I had done something to the soft tissue at the back of my knee. I told Janet and she took extra care with that area but did some light work on it and it felt much better after the treatment.

Rejuvenate is a great experience. Great hair and great staff!

Love my monthly treat having my nails done by Laura! She listens to your ideas and requests and then does her own ‘magic’ on each nail. She always makes sure you’re happy with what you’ve got at the end…which is always miles better than your original request. I get so many compliments on my nails since coming to PREPT and I can only thank Laura for sharing her talent on MY nails!
