Would definitely recommend… Janet is absolutely brilliant. She takes her time, has excellent massage technique and really listens to how you like your treatment to be. The room is set up great, and feels all warm and cozy. You come out feeling relaxed and just wanting to go back again. I’m encouraging all of my family and friends to book in with Janet. I had a lovely cut and blow with treatment by Charlene who's been highlighting and restyling my hair for six years 😁. She has amazing skills, has taken my mid brown/chestnuty hair to ash blonde in that time and the condition is still super soft and bouncy. Best listener, communicator, colourist and stylist out there. Xx

I’ve been coming to Prept for over 5 years and I’ve had a fantastic experience every time. From gel nails, lvl lashes, facials, hair colour, keratin treatment and styling. It’s great that you can get access to so many different services in one place. All the ladies who are based at Prept are so friendly and welcoming, it’s always a fab atmosphere to relax and have a chat. And they each pay real attention to detail with their treatments. I had another 2 hour signature spa massage from Janet and as usual it was wonderful and relaxing. I would recommend this treatment to anybody who want to spend a couple of hours chilling out.

Elia was AMAZING! I have always struggled with my skin and certain areas, he really listened to my concerns and made me feel so comfortable and made me look so good. I will definitely be back for a follow up treatment. Thank you!

Absolutely Fantastic Experience ! Janet (Masseur) was excellent she took time to discuss my aches and pains and was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough with both her advice and the treatment. Her room was very comfortable and peaceful and the treatment was not rushed (as I have experienced with other providers) but well paced with lots of time to relax. Janet’s massage sessions are the highlight of my self care routine! Her salon is so calming and welcoming and she is so careful to create an environment where I can really relax. Despite being a crazy bonkers time of year, Beth was as attentive as ever and ensured the treatments I had were calming and to perfection.

Both Jayda and Jack are superb hairdressers have been going for about 6/7 years and followed them as they’ve moved premises.
