Popped into the new salon in Southampton today and had an amazing experience (as always!). I originally started my tattoo laser removal in Basingstoke, but now that there’s a new location closer to home, I’ve switched over. I’ve been so impressed with the service that I’ve also started laser hair removal. As someone with a darker skin tone, finding a place with the right experience and knowledge that trusted was super important. I was a bit nervous at first, but honestly, I’m so glad I went for it — the results have been incredible. Huge thanks to Hayley, Richard and the team 😁😁😁

Where can I start. As I entered Kirsty’s treatment room I felt immediately calm. Kirsty welcomed me making me feel very special. Her treatment couch is so warm and I completely relaxed. I opted for a hydrating facial after a short discussion with Kirsty.

I cannot recommend the facials here enough. From start to finish it is an incredibly relaxing experience. Kirsty is amazing, she explains what will happen during the facial and is really knowledgeable. I completely trust that she knows exactly what my skin needs and I cannot wait for my next one with her! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I was given a voucher as a birthday present from a friend so decided to use it for the pic n mix option. Best choice ever. I had a lovely back, shoulder and neck massage followed by a facial and scalp massage ending with light therapy. Absolutely brilliant. Professional, clean and personalised. Zoe was amazing for my laser hair removal session. She was knowledgable about the procedure and prepared me for what to expect. Zoe had a lovely ‘bed side manner’ and kept checking I was ok throughout the procedure. Highly professional and gave clear aftercare instructions and ability to manage expectations around results and future sessions that may be needed. Lovely clean feeling, modern clinic.
