I had such an incredible experience at Line Spa and Polish. Both Helen and Hannah did my nails (I had a gel pedicure and manicure). They both were incredibly sweet and I haven't received customer service like this in a while. They made sure I was comfortable and that I liked my nails (the shape, colour, etc); they even changed colours for me when I realized it I didn't love the original colour I chose. I really appreciated their attention to detail and ensuring they were delivering a good service. Absolutely would recommend and will be back :).

My nails are gorgeous! I don’t recommend waiting 6 weeks in between but I did and my gel was not lifting or chipping at all!!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience! Everyone was so sweet and made me feel so welcome… Leah did my manicure, and Sofia did my pedicure, and they were both absolutely amazing. Overall, a good experience with a few areas for improvement. I like the way my nails turned out. I got the Gel-X nails snd one of the nails was applied slightly crooked. It wasn’t something that I noticed until I got home. I also was surprised I didn’t get a hand massage as on my last service here I did receive one. I think the main area for improvement was around handling gift certificates. The g/c was in my Fresha account so I thought it would be easy to apply, but it took almost 15 minutes for 3 people (including the owner) to figure out how to apply it towards my service.

My cuticles have never looked better! Mary is incredibly talented and pays so much attention to every little detail. Her shaping is flawless and the overall finish is so clean. She made me feel so welcomed and comfortable throughout the appointment and you can tell she truly cares about her work. Highly recommend!!

I had sworn off of pedicures because I've never had a good experience. Agnes and the team completely changed my view on that and I have never been more impressed by a service in my entire life. I had a great experience getting my pedicure ☺️ The service included lower leg exfoliation and massage, and my toes look nice with light color gel polish. Jessica was very patient; she helped me pick the colors and re-did the polish on a toe I accidentally ruined before it's dry. I will come back when I want to get my nails done in the future.
