I’ve had a lot of massages in my life, but my 2-hour full body deep tissue massage with Em was absolutely incredible. The business itself is so lovely, and I felt at ease the moment I stepped through the door. Em took the time to ask about my aches and pains and really listened. Throughout the session, she worked deeply and with so much care on the problem areas, and I could actually feel the knots melting away. By the end, I felt like I was 10 years younger—lighter, looser, and completely renewed. Em puts in real effort and skill, and it shows. I will definitely be back again!

I have just had my 1 hour DEEP tissue massage with Rokas and I highlight 'deep' because it was well and truly that. From the offset, I was asked what issues I have and tailored my appointment based on my needs. I have experienced massages from both Rokas and Andrius now and can equally say, both are fantastic at what they do and I am grateful for their skill and knowledge

Third time at Ando Wellness and AS PER USUAL.. I have received the absolute BEST service. I had a deep tissue massage and we discussed the areas I have my issues. Liam was great, firstly he came to find me when i couldn't find the entrance to the clinic, but ( and more importantly) he really did an excellent job loosening my very tight lower back and thigh muscles. Bit tender the day after but I was able to enjoy my day out and about in Liverpool.

Stacey was a great success looking after a group of golfers that I had staying near Liverpool - she did a huge number of massages during the week. They said she was excellent. She was quick and easy to deal with when organising and was flexible in accommodating a number of massages out of hours which hadn’t been scheduled. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone considering her services.

Awesome deep tissue massage that targeted all the right problem areas. Liam was thorough and professional making sure the massage was tailored to my needs. I’m a crossfit enthusiast so often have massages for rehab. I have struggled to find a good sports massagetherapist until now! Thanks Liam.

Was thorough and I left feeling improved mobility of my shoulder, and with some exercises to improve range of motion. Highly recommended, thanks again.
