One of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had, Jason is very knowledgeable and skilled at his craft, I’ve never come across anyone that can go deep in to your muscles without causing much pain, I felt very relaxed and nearly fell asleep. I’m usually in agony when having a deep tissue massage but not with Jason. I’ll see you again very soon. Also to add a very polite and friendly gentleman.

Just had the most incredible deep tissue massage! The therapist was spot on, targeting all the right areas and really workin' out the knots. Felt like a new person afterwards defo recommendin' this to anyone needin' some serious tension relief!

“I had a deep tissue massage with Giuliano to help with severe back spasms, and it made a real difference. He worked with firm pressure, especially on my right side, where there was a lot of tension. The glute work was intense but incredibly effective. It was challenging at times, but I felt so much better afterward. A really professional and well-executed treatment—I’d definitely recommend Giuliano to anyone needing proper muscle release and relief.

WOW I had the Buccal massage and honey facial which was truly relaxing and sent me to sleep! I’ve wanted to try the Buccal facial and it was wonderful, Natasha is an expert and for my first time I felt completely at ease. Highly recommend Dragonfly a peaceful find in a busy Leeds city centre.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Great staff and just right location in very heart of central Leeds. You really don't feel like you are in central Leeds. Such a great hidden gem. Fantastic, friendly guy who really knows his stuff, whether that's deep tissue or a more relaxing style. I went with a fairly locked up shoulder and left feeling much more mobile.

Great experience today at Optimal Recovery! I feel much more confident that I’ll make it to the Leeds Half Marathon despite a few recent niggles. Highly recommend paying a visit if you need help understanding how to treat an injury in preparation for an upcoming sports event!

Great service. Had a deep tissue massage with Chloe as I’ve been struggling with my recovery after training. Brilliant massage and gave me advice/stretches to do daily to help with tightness in my neck. Will 100% be back again!
