We're a collective of therapists specialising in Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, an exceptional modality combining floor based oil massage, gentle tractions, passive stretches and calamus powder. Treatments are adjusted to your needs on the day and can be relaxing, remedial or a combination of the two. We use hands, knees, elbows and feet to access the optimum pressure. like yoga, it is a form of moving meditation for the therapist, we clear our minds and focus on loving kindness. Working on the physical, energetic, emotional and spiritual bodies. We cannot wait to share this practice with you!
