A much needed and long delayed massage so I was grateful to win the deep tissue giveaway. Shauntel was amazing!!!! She was attentive but not intrusive; checking in periodically to make sure that the pressure wasn’t too much. She also took so time to explain what she would be doing in terms of movements and stretches. I felt tension in my body release and I was definitely rejuvenated and renewed by the end of it. 5 ⭐️

Kiani is great, we started the appointment talking about my pain and the history of it. She was very informative about what could be the cause, what areas she would focus on for the massage and advised on steps I should take following the appointment. The massage was amazing, naturally came with a bit of discomfort due to my built up tension in the area but I could feel a difference immediately once those knots were relieved. Thank you Kiani!

Amanda is lovely. Her guidance prior to “diving” into the ice bath was very useful…commit and deep breathe ! Her incremental and delicate approach to the inversion table was great! I felt so relaxed after both services. I will definitely be back.

Exceptional Service!!! I Booked A Swedish Massage... As a starter.... Location is just right.... The area is quiet and very tranquil... We were welcomed very nicely and it was a nice cozy and wonderful experience.... The massage was amazing! Attention to areas of tension and strain and they made me feel at home... My experience was excellent; I arrived feeling stressed but left relaxed and well informed. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the massage was very satisfying. Foremost, I appreciate the professionalism. My deep tissue massage was on point. The pressure applied was just what I needed. My therapist addressed my concerns and as always it was effective and I could feel the results right away.

I absolutely enjoyed my 60min deep tissue massage at Holistic Body Therapies, I left feeling refreshed and very relaxed. My only regret was that it had to come to an end I could’ve stayed on that bed forever.

Top notch Hot stone massage! Usually I feel sore after getting a massage but that wasn’t the case this time. My body feels relaxed. I really felt the difference.

I’ve had the deep tissue massage from Rene and it was the best massage I ever had. (& I have been to many many many spas in Barbados and US). From head to toe was done to PERFECTION. She ensured I was comfortable and maintained a professional setting. My body felt so relieved and was de-stress afterwards. 10/10 !!!

This was my first visit and I will definitely recommend. The overall experience was an excellent one. The booking process was very simple. Amanda was very responsive and accommodating even when I was forced to reschedule at last minute. The fact that the lounge is open on Sundays is an additional plus for me.
