I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

I had a great experience here. Claire is amazing and always checks to see how your doing while getting waxed and always makes sure your comfortable. She is good on timing and allows you time to recover.

Best waxer in Birmingham! Danielle is so lovely and does an excellent job with the waxing. She is a perfectionist and my wax is virtually pain free. My hair growth has significantly reduced and my skin is super soft for weeks. I highly recommend her to everyone who needs waxing services.

A fantastic experience again at JBeauty. I had booked for full leg waxing, eyebrow shape and tint, lips and chin ready for my holidays. 10/10 Charnel is so patient, friendly and works to perfection! I've been for waxes in various other places and felt like waxing wasn't for me (boarderline traumatised). At seasonal glow it's a totally different experience. In all honesty I sometimes forget I'm having a wax. My bikini line is so much lighter now that I don't have to resort to shaving. This is my second time visiting and again it was an amazing experience! I have always been looking for a good hot wax place in Birmingham so I’m glad I’ve found Arivon! Danielle always takes her time to ensure everywhere is properly waxed, asks if I’m happy with what she’s done and explains what she is about to do. Also the background music is amazing lol.
