I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

The space is exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and has such a calming atmosphere. My esthetician was professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. The results are flawless! If you’re looking for a top-tier waxing studio with a welcoming vibe, this is definitely the place to go. I will absolutely be back!
