I did the Cryotherapy and Oxygen Chamber. Was amazing… felt rejuvenated after the first Cryotherapy and then deeply relaxed and restored from the Oxygen. I could feel a lot more healing was done on the body beyond what I’m even aware of and looking forward to more sessions!

This is the second time using the hyperbaric camber. Both times I’ve used it after getting Covid and having brain fog. For me the results are fantastic and releases the sensation. After the treatment my decision making and brain activity is back to normal. I can strong recommend it. The clinic is also fantastic and the staff are really helpful.

Dan was amazing, had a locked lower back and needed urgent attention before going on holiday in a few days. Everything from the consultation to the various treatment I received in the space of 90 mins was nothing short of superb. Had a great experience at the Cryotherapy Centre today. I tried both the cryotherapy session and the hyperbaric chamber (HBOT), and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Simon explained everything really clearly, made me feel completely at ease, and answered all my questions thoroughly. The treatments were professional, relaxing, and really well organised. Highly recommend to anyone considering cryotherapy or HBOT, especially if it’s your first time.

Had grade 3 ligament damage to ankle in September and physio wasn’t working found this place and after 2 appointments using Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and using the isolated cryo treatment the swelling of ankle has come down a lot. For months it’s been swollen and difficult to get around. Definitely recommend and all staff are very friendly.
