I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! I've been looking for a new therapist for my wax for months that wouldn't hurt me and believe me, when I say this there is 1000% no word of a lie... It was completely COMPLETELY pain free! I cannot recommend Katie enough, she is absolutely phenomenal and skilled so much so that she is a cht above. The best wax I've had in a long time, absolutely no pains WHATSOEVER. I'm so glad I found this place and I will be a monthly regular customer now. Also the ladies in the salon were so so nice! Have me an offer for my next appointment and invited me to their launch 💖
