I absolutely love Charity. Everyone should have a Charity on their side. I always feel supported during and after my sessions with Charity - she hears and understands like no other. We have identified a lot of unconscious behaviours and unpacked some triggers around food. I feel now knowing those unconscious habits I am better positioned to question myself .
