Another exceptional treatment with Hanna. The Scalp Spa at Braddon has officially become my regular six-weekly wellness destination. The ambience is serene, and the facility is consistently immaculate, but above all, Hanna and the rest of the Braddon team are truly outstanding. The traditional sauna was amazing! I loved all of the attention to detail in the space and service, from a gorgeous waiting room to delicious electrolyte to enjoy during the session. Belinda was so lovely and showed me all of the other services on offer as well! Will definitely be back.

The experience was good and I will go again. There was some dirt, bugs and other floaties from the trees in the tub water. While nothing major it did make me question the cleanliness of the tubs and attention to detail. It would have been nice to be provided with a robe and slippers (as advertised), just to make the experience feel more relaxing. The service was polite and friendly.

I had jaw surgery in June 2025 and my recovery has been very slow and painful. Nina's massage treatment has given me back the quality of life I have not had for many months. My pain is reducing and I feel I am on a positive pathway.
