Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

​Davinder is genuinely the best Hollywood waxer ever! I felt no pain at all, which is a total game-changer. I got both my legs and Hollywood done, and she made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. As a plus-size woman, I was a bit nervous, but Davinder was so incredibly friendly, welcoming, and non-judgmental. She is a true professional and an absolute lovely person. I won't go to anyone else.

I had an incredible experience attending Resian’s brow masterclass, which focused on HD stain and waxing. From day one, she was attentive to my specific needs and requirements. As I had already completed two brow courses, she thoughtfully adapted the training to focus on my weaker areas. She even took the time to review videos of my work, as well as before-and-after photos of my clients, so she could fully understand my level and where I needed to improve. . I’ve been going to Izabella for years now and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my makeup. She absolutely smashes it every single time 😭✨ She just gets exactly what I want without me even needing to explain properly. Amazing work by Shaheen. This time it was an early morning makeup and hair appointment. Shaheen came to my house and did a stunning job. My hair and makeup stayed on over almost 18 hours and didn’t need a touch up. Highly recommend this lady her work is flawless.

Occasion hair and makeup. Shaheen did my hair and makeup for my nieces wedding event and it was as described in her bio flawless. She took care in listening to how I wanted my makeup doing, (soft glow). Used high quality beauty products which stayed on for the whole evening. This helped as I have very sensitive skin and watery eyes, but this makeup felt natural like I wasn’t wearing anything. My hair stayed in place all night, Shaheen used good quality hair products and again listened ti how I wanted it. I will definitely book her again, this lady knows her stuff and made me feel special
