I had such a fantastic experience with Charlotte! The facial was an absolute 10/10 , she gave me amazing advice tailored to my skin and addressed all of my concerns with such expertise. Charlotte is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease. The back massage was so relaxing (and very much needed!), and my lashes look absolutely gorgeous. I haven’t seen them this curly in such a long time. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and pampered. Highly recommend! ✨

I've been having HydroFacials and dermaplaning with Charlotte, and I honestly can't recommend her enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to personalise each treatment to exactly what my skin needs at that moment. I never feel like I'm just having a standard facial – every appointment is tailored specifically to me. Really happy with my treatments. I had three massage sessions back-to-back with Lydia and they were exactly what I needed - both relaxing and invigorating, and they left me feeling great. I also had a haircut with Sue, and I was more than happy with that too - plus I learned so much about hair, the local area, and a stack of other things! I can't recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be returning next time I am in the area.
