I had the most incredible pregnancy massage today at The Warwick Spa and I honestly can’t recommend it enough 🤍 From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, warm and so welcoming. The space is beautifully prepared and you instantly feel looked after. As a mum-to-be, that feeling of being safe and supported means everything. Edilay was amazing, so gentle, attentive and professional. She relieved so much tension in my back and legs, and I left feeling lighter, relaxed and truly cared for. Such a special experience 💖

The treatment itself was absolute perfection, every detail was thoughtful, I walked out feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely rejuvenated. Karin is always very welcoming and goes the extra mile, so professional and friendly. Today was my 4th massage with her. This time I chosen the Swedish massage and what a treat to myself! It was so much needed after pregnancy and labour, and the first few weeks witha newborn and a toddler. After the massage I felt so relaxed, a new person. Thank you so much Karin! See you soon xx

I had a 1 hour deep tissue massage with Susanna, primarily for lower back pain. It was possibly one of the best massages I’ve had. Very firm - but she continued to check the pressure was ok and not painful, but I prefer it strong! Despite the heat outside (July heatwave) the treatment room was cool, well ventilated and very comfortable. I would highly recommend and I will become a regular visitor!

Lauren makes you feel very comfortable right from the beginning of the session. I have been feeling better since having some treatment and found the exercises really helpful. I would highly recommend her.
