I had the most incredible pregnancy massage today at The Warwick Spa and I honestly can’t recommend it enough 🤍 From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, warm and so welcoming. The space is beautifully prepared and you instantly feel looked after. As a mum-to-be, that feeling of being safe and supported means everything. Edilay was amazing, so gentle, attentive and professional. She relieved so much tension in my back and legs, and I left feeling lighter, relaxed and truly cared for. Such a special experience 💖

Karin is always very welcoming and goes the extra mile, so professional and friendly. Today was my 4th massage with her. This time I chosen the Swedish massage and what a treat to myself! I had a deep tissue massage which was amazing and I highly recommend! I felt the difference in my back where it had previously been feeling tight. I requested they skip the Tibetan singing bowls because I belong to Jesus, which they were very happy to do. The message felt really good, it was very relaxing and my mum and I really enjoyed the experience. The location is great as there’s easy parking.

I had a full-body Lava Shell massage with lymphatic dry skin brushing from Karin, and it was fantastic. The dry brushing left my skin refreshed, and the warm shells melted away all tension. I felt deeply relaxed yet energised afterwards. Karin also gave an excellent scalp massage — the perfect finishing touch. Highly recommend! 🤗

Had a wonderful experience at Hands of Therapy. The treatment room was calm, relaxing, and very welcoming.
