Wow Sylvia was truly amazing! I go for a massage every 6-8 weeks and I think this was my best yet. First time with Sylvia and she noticed I had tight hips from gym training before even telling her. I felt super relaxed during the massage.

I experience ongoing shoulder and neck pain, so I regularly have deep tissue massages to help manage it. Nikki was absolutely brilliant. She really listened during the consultation and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. I left feeling incredibly relaxed, with all the tension gone. Hannah gave a lovely relaxing massage and Indian Head massage. Soft pressure, warm oil and a great sound track to listen too . On reception I was so well looked after by Lorraine, she helped with choosing new make up, which I’m so happy with! The makeup brand is just gorgeous.

The massage was very relaxing and the therapist was extremely friendly and professional. I do feel that Balm should review their cancellation policy to make it fairer for the clients. I have had consecutive appointments cancelled on the day with no recompense to myself but when I tried to cancel an appointment with 24 hours notice I was told that I would be charged half of the treatment price as a cancellation fee.
