I had a great massage and Wild Rose glow facial with Emma. Relaxing and calming environment, and super cute little set up out the back of the main shop. I could’ve stayed for another hour!! I booked to go back before I even got home from my apt!

I had a great deep tissue massage with Sian this morning. She somehow managed to find all the knots and give them a good pummelling, whilst making me so relaxed that I very nearly fell asleep. I’ll be back for another session soon!

Hannah gave a lovely relaxing massage and Indian Head massage. Soft pressure, warm oil and a great sound track to listen too . On reception I was so well looked after by Lorraine, she helped with choosing new make up, which I’m so happy with! The makeup brand is just gorgeous.

Lisa really understood what I needed and will make a real difference.

Wonderful as usual. So relaxing. My eyes were a bit watery and uncomfortable later. Did you use something different? No problems...it will soon clear up. Look forward to next time. I will book a waxing session before the appointment.

The massage was very relaxing and the therapist was extremely friendly and professional. I do feel that Balm should review their cancellation policy to make it fairer for the clients. I have had consecutive appointments cancelled on the day with no recompense to myself but when I tried to cancel an appointment with 24 hours notice I was told that I would be charged half of the treatment price as a cancellation fee.

Jewels manages to make me feel whole again. Ironed out, everything back to where it should be, my system working as one once more :) Her hands are magic as she instinctively knows where the worst areas are. These sessions are a necessity for me as I live with Fibromyalgia. Due to the pain and oversensitivity, my treatment needs to be careful and considered. Jewels works with my body - gently teasing out and stretching the muscles. Thanks to Jewels, I am able to function and actually enjoy my life xx I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I’ve had many massages and facials before and these were both by far the best I’ve had! I could tell Emma really understood both anatomy and dermatology as my back genuinely felt unknotted and my (rather sensitive/combination) skin felt refreshed and didn’t flare up/feel oily afterwards. Would highly recommend to anybody!
