I tried float therapy and an infrared sauna—and the float was an entirely new experience! I’ve never been able to float in water, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. At first, it felt strange, but as I relaxed and let go, the weightlessness and stillness created a surreal sense of calm and happiness. My son and I had the wellness package. It was amazing. A lot of money but absolutely worth every penny. 30 minutes infrared sauna, an hour massage and an hour float. We were greeted when we walked in and everything was explained. I'd done the float before but my son hadn't. We did the sauna together then I went for a massage while my son did the float, then we swapped. We had a deep tissue massage from Trish, which was absolutely amazing. She used various techniques, some of which I'd not experienced before. It was a really relaxing few hours in a comfortable environment with lovely people.

My husband and I both had a go in a sensory deprivation pod. It's certainly an unusual experience but enjoyable. We weren't sure what to expect. Both of us enjoyed it, found the float really comfortable, and were very relaxed afterwards. My husband is often in a lot of pain due to a chronic illness, and he said the pain almost completely subsided. Everything was explained to us really well before going in. The lid to the tank was easy to control. We are definitely planning to visit again both for the tank and to try the infrared sauna and the massages.

What an amazing experience! The infrared sauna was rejuvenating and the floatation tank was a new experience that I’d highly recommend. Staff were fantastic at guiding my partner and I through the process and Ana was especially professional and friendly. Can’t wait to visit again.

The red light sauna set up at Spa Float is brilliant. The young guy who works on the desk is really welcoming, polite, courteous and has a natural customer service personality. Only issue I’ve experienced recently is the shower being scolding hot, which is the opposite of what you want after a 70 degree sauna. That just needs sorting out asap, otherwise, great facility.

I loved my visit! The ultra red sauna was fab. But the float tank was amazing. I was a bit nervous about the tank itself, but needn’t have been, it was spacious and felt so safe and relaxing. I fully involved myself in the process and found the whole experience so relaxing and wonderful. Really hoping it could help with my chronic pain issues. Def want to come back.

I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed my sauna and float session yesterday- the whole atmosphere of Spa float therapy is calm and relaxing as soon as you step through the door. The facilities provided are more than expected- face wipes, dyson hair dryer and straighteners! Great touch! The float was like nothing I have experienced before- so peaceful and relaxing and my body felt amazing afterwards (best nights sleep in a long time). I can’t wait for my next float! Thanks again!

This was simply one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. The whole place was fresh and had such a calm atmosphere right from the offset. The staff are friendly and make you feel so welcome. The sauna and the floatation tank were a fantastic combo, having a very stressful job, I rarely have time to switch off, and both of these enabled me to have some time to myself without the use of phones or other devices. The whole experience has left me feeling better than I have felt in years and I cannot wait to go again.

You are made to feel welcome, called by your name and shown the facilities by a fantastic staff member. Everywhere is spotless - as soon as you're in the next treatment room they are cleaning the one you have just been. The infer-red sauna is perfect as you have controls over the lighting and temperature. The showers have wonderful water pressure. And the bit everyone has been waiting for - the float is amazing, the water is clear and silky smooth in an the pod is easy to operate. It's very spacious and an ambient temperature, perfect for zoning out and relaxing. I would definitely recommend.
