I am so so glad I found Victoria! Not only is she a delight to talk to, but she was so incredibly open and transparent about the process of electrolysis, and talked me through everything so I knew what I was getting myself into. She makes you feel so comfortable about something that can be a huge source of insecurity. Electrolysis was something I had looked into for so long, but always been too nervous to start! Alex is truly an amazing hairdresser. She is a warm, loving and beautiful person too! She is very knowledgeable and professional, a true master of her craft. She has miraculously fixed many errors with my hair, made by others and myself over the years. And also educated me on quality products and treatments for helping my hair become healthier. I’m normally nervous when I let people touch my hair but I feel completely relaxed when I visit Alex and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair!
