The BIO micro needling treatment was a mixture of senses. The prickly sensation initially took you me by surprise, but in doing so, I realised the treatment is working its magic. The best part is the silky mask that Emme gently applies all over the face followed by two fragrant serums. I have noticeable pigmentation on my cheeks and by the end of the first treatment I could actually see an improvement in my skin. I’m definitely looking forward to the second stage of this four stage treatment. I highly recommend the BIO micro needling treatment! Thank you so much Emme.

Keith was very nice and very approacheable. Is very knowledgeable with her craft and she does certainly know what she's saying. I have tried the microneedling and keith did it smooth. I will definitely come back and book again.

Tina is very Professional and provide painless experience for me who have been to terrible facial places. I Immediately signed up for a package that is price suitable (voluntarily). No hard selling at all. Totally love this place!

The signature trinity facial has been my best experience of a facial in Melbourne - Rosalie made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed and from start to finish the facial was a wonderful experience - particularly her sculpting massage and careful, gentle extraction. My skin felt so smooth, fresh and my jawline looked noticeably less puffy and more contoured afterwards. I'm definitely planning to be back, love your work Rosalie :)

Beautiful fit out. Came in to try and Hocatt machine and it did not disappoint. I felt so cleansed and more energised than how I felt when I walked in. Eliza who also took care of me from start to finish was wonderful too. Shame I don’t live in Melbourne but will be back next time.

Time spent with May is always a pleasure. I have had 6 treatments in total at Eclado. It was a package deal. Last month I had the Korean Bubble facial and today was the Micro Dermabrasian with vitamin infusion. Mays experienced hand and polite manner is an experience I look forward to. I always come out feeling well cleansed and hydrated. I have now booked 1 x Stem Cell 2 hour facial at $399.00 (special price). I am very much looking forward to this new offering from Eclado.

I just got my 3rd treatment from Rosalie and she keeps me surprised as how absolutely remarkable she is. She has the softest and caring approach, which helps me relax from the time I enter the clinic. Her treatment left me with a glow I never seen from other facialists. And I absolutely melt into her hands and the bed when she does the shoulder and neck massage. She deserves more than 5 star rating!

From the moment I walked into the clinic i was warmly welcomed. I had no idea of waht to expect and Tina was amazing. She is warm and friendly and answered all my questions and explained the treatments in great detail ensuring that i understood the treatments. The clinic was clean and i especially loved the fitout as i could see that there was a lot of thought put into the business. My skin was so soft and hydrated when I left. If i could give Tina more stars I would. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to family and friends. I look foward to my next treatment.

It was my first time trying these therapies and I must say the oxygen therapy stood out as I was more relaxed during the day and fell asleep quite quickly at night. The staff also encouraged me to try the cryo chamber for 2 minutes which is a new record. Super-Young is a must try experience.

It’s a really good place , I’ve never been to a skin care shop like this in Melbourne. My skin is usually very sensitive and I tried many other places but I never felt any effect. But when I came here I immediately noticed a difference. I highly recommend this place. It’s very cozy and the products are all very good. Rosali is very kind!!!
