Keith was very nice and very approacheable. Is very knowledgeable with her craft and she does certainly know what she's saying. I have tried the microneedling and keith did it smooth. I will definitely come back and book again.

From the moment I walked into the clinic i was warmly welcomed. I had no idea of waht to expect and Tina was amazing. She is warm and friendly and answered all my questions and explained the treatments in great detail ensuring that i understood the treatments. The clinic was clean and i especially loved the fitout as i could see that there was a lot of thought put into the business. My skin was so soft and hydrated when I left. If i could give Tina more stars I would. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to family and friends. I look foward to my next treatment.

Fabulous service, beautiful eyebrows thankyou Niki. Browdesign co will give you great eyebrows no matter how bad your current eyebrows are. Highly recommend having micro blading done by Niki at brow design . Wonderful service and economical.

Laura is incredible! Having a fear of needles - Laura gave stress balls and I closed my eyes. Music was playing and she made this quick and it was all over before I even realised! Highly recommend Laura!!

Aside from being a lovely person, Toni is clearly very experienced and talked me through my skin needling session, including what i might experience and how to look after my skin post treatment. She is very thorough but also creates a really warm, calming environment. Can’t wait for my next appointment.

So glad I found this place – my microneedling session at LEREDD Bentleigh was amazing. The clinician was very professional, and the German‑made device she used felt completely different to other clinics in the area I’ve tried: incredibly smooth, virtually painless, and my skin already looks noticeably better even after first session. I’m genuinely excited for my next session.

I felt at ease as soon as I met Laura and she detailed and explained everything about the process and what the procedure would be. Laura was friendly and helpful although I’m terrified of needles, she was a great listener and had strategies in place to help me to relax.
