Staffs always take the time to listen to my concerns and tailor a treatment plan that suits my skin perfectly. The signature trinity facial has been my best experience of a facial in Melbourne - Rosalie made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed and from start to finish the facial was a wonderful experience - particularly her sculpting massage and careful, gentle extraction. My skin felt so smooth, fresh and my jawline looked noticeably less puffy and more contoured afterwards. I'm definitely planning to be back, love your work Rosalie :)

You will also get receive a very genuine, kind, and honest consult – a rare find! In my experience; easily one of, if not *the*, best place in Melbourne. She has a personable approach and will help guide you on your skin needs rather than using a quick fix solution. It’s a really good place , I’ve never been to a skin care shop like this in Melbourne. My skin is usually very sensitive and I tried many other places but I never felt any effect. But when I came here I immediately noticed a difference. I highly recommend this place. It’s very cozy and the products are all very good. Rosali is very kind!!!
