The best massage experience I’ve had in Melbourne. From the front desk to the treatment room, everything is smooth, clean, and calming. It’s been a while since I visited PhonKlai, but I used to visit weekly before COVID. I have to say that it continues to be the best Thai massage I’ve experienced in Melbourne. Consistently good! Can’t recommend enough.

Hands down the best massage! I’ve had ongoing stiffness in my neck and shoulder blade, and most places never quite get to the root of it. The pressure is either too soft or just not targeted enough. Katae is on another level. She knows exactly how to find and work into those deep trigger points – yes, it hurts (in a good way), but you can literally feel the release happening. I walked out feeling like jelly. It’s a bit of a drive for me, but honestly, 100% worth it. If you’re someone who prefers proper Thai massage with real pressure and results, this is the place!

The atmosphere @Paradai Thai Massage is calming & thoughtfully arranged, creating a positive first impression. The massage itself was carried out with care, leaving me feeling noticeably more relaxed & at ease. One small challenge I experienced was the sound transmission within the space, so I could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent massage room as well as from the reception area. While this slightly affected my ability to fully unwind, it didn’t take away from the overall quality of the treatment & the kindness of the staff. All in all, a lovely experience that I would recommend!
