The signature trinity facial has been my best experience of a facial in Melbourne - Rosalie made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed and from start to finish the facial was a wonderful experience - particularly her sculpting massage and careful, gentle extraction. My skin felt so smooth, fresh and my jawline looked noticeably less puffy and more contoured afterwards. I'm definitely planning to be back, love your work Rosalie :)

Cannot give enough praise! Have been coming for over two years now; incredible service, my brows are always done to perfection. You will also get receive a very genuine, kind, and honest consult – a rare find! In my experience; easily one of, if not *the*, best place in Melbourne. Mauli is the kindest and most professional person. The same can be said for all of her team too, incredible people. Can confirm I have also had female friends or colleagues come in after my recommendation – only positive words from their experiences :)

Time spent with May is always a pleasure. I have had 6 treatments in total at Eclado. It was a package deal. Last month I had the Korean Bubble facial and today was the Micro Dermabrasian with vitamin infusion. Mays experienced hand and polite manner is an experience I look forward to. I always come out feeling well cleansed and hydrated. I have now booked 1 x Stem Cell 2 hour facial at $399.00 (special price). I am very much looking forward to this new offering from Eclado.

It was my first time trying the Micro Current Essence Facial, and I loved the experience. Ellie helped me choose the serum that best suited my skin, and I really appreciated that the treatment was customised based on my skin needs. It’s a really good place , I’ve never been to a skin care shop like this in Melbourne. My skin is usually very sensitive and I tried many other places but I never felt any effect. But when I came here I immediately noticed a difference. I highly recommend this place. It’s very cozy and the products are all very good. Rosali is very kind!!!
