I just got my 3rd treatment from Rosalie and she keeps me surprised as how absolutely remarkable she is. She has the softest and caring approach, which helps me relax from the time I enter the clinic. Her treatment left me with a glow I never seen from other facialists. And I absolutely melt into her hands and the bed when she does the shoulder and neck massage. She deserves more than 5 star rating!

Vincent was incredible. I’ve had years and years of chronic stress that’s manifested in body aches and pains. It was my first time doing Tui Na and in 5 years after every treatment my legs feel 80% better. Will be attending every fortnight.

I really enjoyed my experience, paying the extra for the infrared sauna was worth it. The space was clean and the reception staff were lovely. The only thing I felt could be improved was the "bespoke" salt scrub felt like it was just run of the mill rose scrub instead of bespoke. I suppose I was expecting it to be a base and then you choose the fragrance or something? Or maybe just change the wording from bespoke to rose salt scrub. This did not take away from my experience and I will return but just some feedback :)

I really enjoyed my 60-minute relaxation massage with Ellie. Ellie was warm, professional and made me feel completely comfortable. The massage was incredibly calming, with the perfect amount of pressure to help release tension and leave me feeling relaxed and refreshed. You must experience Melbourne Designer Brows in Richmond Ann is far superior to Amy Jean or Lux Brows in ESSENDON Fields, the most superior customer service and has perfected the brows, my second visit and I would never go anywhere else 🤩🙌 do yourself a favour she is fabulous 🥰
