Got a beautiful set of nails! The nail technician was a bit withdrawn and perhaps slightly unfriendly. I understand everyone has bad days but this seems to be a common theme with your nail technicians at all branches it seems…..as I go to different locations everytime, (CBD, Claremont, Rondebosch and now Observatory). I booked a wash, cut, blow-dry, and highlights with Stephanie, and I am absolutely in love with the result! She is incredibly talented and made the entire experience wonderful. The service at Voyage was impeccable from the relaxing head wash and massage to the lovely foot massage. I would highly recommend Voyage for both exceptional hair care and outstanding service. Visiting Gaia is the most lovely experience and I’m looking forward to coming back again already! Had the best experience today (once again!) The whole team is absolutely amazing! Got the prettiest natural highlights today - Judith is truly amazing at what she does. She listens to you and always does an amazing job! I also got a scalp cleaning treatment - so relaxing and amazing if you have psoriasis or a dry scalp. This place is aesthetic, amazing vibes and sensitive, psoriasis hair approved! 😁

Stylists were patient and warm when dealing with my little one. He absolutely does not like getting his hair cut and always puts up a fuss, but they were gentle and understanding with him and cut at his pace. Will be bringing him back for sure. The fact that he got to sit in a car whilst getting a cut, was probably the highlight for him.
