What a beautiful treatment? Relaxing & cleansing. The scalp analysis was very interesting. My scalp feels so fresh after the custom treatment. The scalp massages were to die for and the foot abs calf massages were so relaxing. Will definitely be adding regular visits for my self care routine.

I visited Cairns with two friends and recommend a massage by Foot and Body after we finished a hike. Foot and Body did not disappoint! We had a very relaxing massage on our tired lega and a great upper body massage. My friends loved it and we will all be back when visiting Cairns next time. Palm is an incredibly kind host. She is very professional and experienced, and it shows in the quality of treatments she offers. I have been many times to Natural Palm Day Spa for various treatments (foot reflexology, Swedish Deep tissue massages, Aromatherapy oil massage etc.) and lately I have had the pleasure to book myself in for a facial. Palm uses amazing products and blends and makes her masks fresh! 9 hours later my face and décolletage are still feeling amazing and soft. Thank you Natural Palm Day Spa! I will be back :)

We had a couples massage as we are visiting Cairns on holidays - Googled Massage and Foot and Body came up - reviews were great and the service right from the start with a foot spa prior to the commencement of the massage was relaxing!
