My massage really helped my neck and shoulders, I felt very relaxed and the scalp massage was amazing. The girls were so helpful and friendly and I loved the honey tea. 🍵 Next time I'm in Cairns I will definitely be making another booking. Only wish you had a retreat in Townsville.

I absolutely loved my visit to The Retreat Head Spa and Massage! It was such a lovely birthday treat for myself, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The whole vibe was so calming and relaxing. I felt completely refreshed afterwards. Me and my two friends booked the trio session and we all loved it! It was the perfect way to unwind and treat ourselves. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to go back and enjoy the full experience all over again! 💆‍♀️✨

Lauren is one of the best masseuse i have ever encountered. She reads the body and knows exactly what to do to make the pain go away. My shoulder and back feels so relaxed after that massage. Thanks Lauren 😊

Omg was the best deep massage! I don’t often get massages as they too light or it feels more like a feather brushing over you, but this! Will definitely go again!

I'd say quite literally the BEST scalp massage I've ever had in my life - amazing!! The process was so thorough, from assessing my scalp and hair condition , to really deep cleansing and rinsing of the shampoo, ensuring your nape doesn't miss out too! This was then followed by the scalp treatment and conditioning, which was absolute bliss. Lauren is incredible, do yourself a favour, book in for some self care that you will not regret.

Beautiful service from the start to finish. I haven't been able to relax like that in a long time. As someone who doesnt have much of an understanding about face and scalp care, these ladies explained everything. I highly recommend booking and will be back once in Cairns again!

First time there and staff are very friendly. I had the full body massage with deep tissue pressure. It was really good, she definitely knew what she doing. Felt great afterwards!👌🏽
