Booking process took some time and not as smooth as it could be. Booked using own page only to be told slot not actually available?! Lots of messages later and finally confirmed. Unfortunately after booking was told 3 colours specifically liked were actually not available. Compromised with one chosen. Pleasant beauticians. Hopefully booking issue was a one off as it would make me consider the many other home services operating. Also on another note-I booked 2 services, when I called I asked if they could paint my 10 year old nails (as I notice other companies offer this foc) was told no!

It's my 2nd time to have my gelish nails done by Celine. I was so impressed as she did it so well and the nail polish lasted for a month without any cracks or damage at all, the nails just grew and gap was visible so I needed to refresh. She's an expert in her craft and suggests the right nail colors for your skintone. She also makes you feel at home and relaxed.
