The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I had a very positive experience at Kristian’s studio. He is professional, knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about his treatments. I also appreciated his individual approach, attention to detail and warm, friendly nature. I am very happy with the results of my lip treatment – they look beautiful and natural. Everything was explained to me and I felt safe and well taken care of. Krystian’s studio is very clean and you can see that he takes hygiene standards very seriously.   I highly recommend Kristian to anyone who is looking for high quality treatments and a professional approach.

Booked her again 2 days later for a different treatment! - Came in for an impromptu Brow Shaping, she was quick, efficient, kind, and very knowledgeable. She talks you through every step of the way, I hope Marta will be the facial treatment guru I desperately needed for a long time!

I had a luxury facial with Michelle and my skin was literally glowing afterwards. I suffer with acne and the facial really helped with the appearance of my acne spots and also made my skin look super smooth too. The products used were amazing and smelled really nice. I recently had nose filler and fat dissolve with Shannen and I’m so amazed at my results! I’ve always disliked my nose but the confidence she’s given me is insane.
