The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Booked her again 2 days later for a different treatment! - Came in for an impromptu Brow Shaping, she was quick, efficient, kind, and very knowledgeable. She talks you through every step of the way, I hope Marta will be the facial treatment guru I desperately needed for a long time!

I had such a fantastic experience with Rachael and couldn’t be happier! I went in for a micro-needling Botox facial and from start to finish everything was handled with real care. I recently had nose filler and fat dissolve with Shannen and I’m so amazed at my results! I’ve always disliked my nose but the confidence she’s given me is insane. She is very professional and talked me through the whole process. I will be certainly be going back to Shannen for anything else I want done. I had a luxury facial with Michelle and my skin was literally glowing afterwards. Shannon explained the ultimate facial and aftercare for microneedling. She had a calming presence and made me feel very comfortable. I actually fell asleep during the facial massage I was that relaxed! Would definitely recommend the treatment and therapist.
