Been using elements bodywork for a number of months now and definitely seeing the benefits. Was initially apprehensive due to a couple of bad experiences, but so glad I chose elements bodywork. Patrick is incredibly knowledgable and happy to explain things (and equally happy to just get on with it!!). He’s also very friendly and professional which I value a lot. I've had quite a few massages over the years, and I have to say, my massage with Patrick was the best one I've ever had! Elements Bodywork is now my go-to and I'll be telling all my friends to come here. It was not your standard one-size-fits-all approach, Patrick really took the time to get to know my problem areas and work on alleviating tension. As well as being very knowledgeable, Patrick is really kind and attentive, making me feel very at ease. I can't wait to come back again!

Very helpful treatment. I felt increasingly wiped out by it (which I took to be a good sign; I’m not complaining.) Eventually gave in and went to bed for an hour about six o’clock. Lumbar area still a bit stiff and achey this morning, but I’ve got a quiet day planned.
