Been using elements bodywork for a number of months now and definitely seeing the benefits. Was initially apprehensive due to a couple of bad experiences, but so glad I chose elements bodywork. Patrick is incredibly knowledgable and happy to explain things (and equally happy to just get on with it!!). He’s also very friendly and professional which I value a lot. Would definitely recommend elements bodywork for anybody looking for massage services.

I've had quite a few massages over the years, and I have to say, my massage with Patrick was the best one I've ever had! Elements Bodywork is now my go-to and I'll be telling all my friends to come here. It was not your standard one-size-fits-all approach, Patrick really took the time to get to know my problem areas and work on alleviating tension. As well as being very knowledgeable, Patrick is really kind and attentive, making me feel very at ease. I can't wait to come back again!

This was my first massage ever. The consultation was enlightening to start with. Patrick explained everything he was going to do before he did it. He also explained why, which I really liked as I’m inquisitive by nature. i felt at ease throughout the whole experience. I felt incredible afterwards too, but also I little silly as I should have started seeing him sooner. I have been twice since and consider it part of my well-being. Highly recommended.

Patrick is a wizard who can transform your body with his fingertips. I've had a lot of massage treatments for chronic pain in my life and this was the best one. Patrick listens in detail, he's knowledgable, compassionate and an outstanding massage therapist. I look forward to returning to his safe and helpful hands.
