Wow Sylvia was truly amazing! I go for a massage every 6-8 weeks and I think this was my best yet. First time with Sylvia and she noticed I had tight hips from gym training before even telling her. I felt super relaxed during the massage.

I experience ongoing shoulder and neck pain, so I regularly have deep tissue massages to help manage it. Nikki was absolutely brilliant. She really listened during the consultation and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. I left feeling incredibly relaxed, with all the tension gone. I’m conflicted about leaving this review ….because my massage with Tanya was so amazing. I almost want to keep knowledge of her skills to myself at the risk of her becoming so busy that I can’t then get an appointment! I had to put the most amazing Hawaiian lomi lomi massage , which is hardly offered anywhere and is the only massage that manages to turn my brain off it’s deeply relaxing and you leave feeling fully refreshed and calm . I had my first ever massage with Emma, I needed a quick and effective help for my back as it was hurting really bad. Emma made me feel comfortable and taken care of. She explained to me, what would be done during the treatment. I left feeling so much better and pampered to the point where I didn’t want to leave! Surely it’s not my last time visiting Balm and Emma for more relax :)

And just when I thought it couldn’t get any better… I booked a facial with Christina! I have been seeing her for regular shoulders and back massages in the last few years, but today I decided to treat myself with a pre wedding facial. All great quality Elemis products. The most tranquil atmosphere. It was incredibly good and relaxing, she is so talented! My skin feels so smooth and glowing. She is the best massage and beauty therapist I ever came across. I had my permanent brows done by Monika and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain the whole process. Monika is professional, friendly, and clearly very skilled at what she does. She paid great attention to detail, carefully shaping my brows to suit my face, and the final result looks natural and beautiful. The treatment was much more comfortable than I expected.
