Had a lovely time here today, we did the oxygen chamber, red light, sauna and cold plunge and loved everything! Staff are very helpful and friendly and was a lovely treat for my boyfriends birthday

Great customer service from Renisha, I enjoyed the oxygen chamber but it did get a little too warm after a while. The red light therapy experience was my highlight as it was so relaxing. Only thing I was disappointed is that there is no shower to freshen up after the cold plunge and sauna otherwise I would have rated great.

Whilst the therapy was top notch, Louise is your asset. A lovely experience and I'll be back..Nothing more to say other than it's well positioned however does lack obvious parking, yet parking very nearby (paid) in front of the patisserie on the roundabout.or if you use Aldi or Lidl then you can park there for sometime.

Lovely experience ! I love the little details at Wellness by Resolve and feel they add a cute touch - eg the complimentary refreshments, cute quotes and robes etc. The staff are nice which adds to the experience too. They explain how to use the cold plunge and IR sauna so if you haven’t used it before you’ll get the hang of it quickly. Will be back for sure :)

I have visited the clinic twice now, both times I have been greeted by Louise, who is not only so lovely and welcoming, but also so knowledgeable about all the different services. I can’t wait to join one of the memberships that are on offer so I can really start my wellness journey. The atmosphere in the clinic is so relaxing and calming, I could spend all day there. I have tried the red light therapy and oxygen chamber so far, really looking forward to the cold plunge & sauna next. Well done to the ladies behind the wellness clinic, it’s just what we all needed x

Fantastic afternoon of wellness, the lady (I forgot her name) was so lovely and informative. Loved the tranquil setting, and the books on offer to read whilst in the hyperbaric chamber. Glad that there is finally a place offering red light therapy sunbeds in Birmingham.
