My first treatment from Heather and I felt comfortable and confident from the start as she really put me at ease due to her obvious wealth of experience and knowledge. As someone who bruises and swells very easily I am delighted that the treatment using a cannula was quick and painless with minimal swelling and no bruising at all. That and the fact that the result I was hoping for was achieved ensures that I will return for future treatments.

Booked on behalf of my mum. She is absolutely thrilled with her hair and said that Pauline was absolutely lovely. Will definitely be returning. The colour is the perfect shade of blonde which she has been wanting for a long time as she always finds it turns out brassy, it’s definitely not brassy this time around. She loved the salon atmosphere and never once felt uncomfortable. Thank you for looking after her.
