I’ve had a massage/winter spa experience with Stacey before and this time around I had the best facial and massage with her. Stacey is amazing - she makes you feel so comfortable, is super friendly and is really talented at what she does. The staff is always friendly and attentive - Lara was very professional and I had a great time. The luxury mani and Spa pedi are always relaxing and Lara did a wonderful job. The only downside is that the salon is not very well stocked with nail polishes, probably because most of the people nowadays get gel mani and pedi - so not much choices of colors, and the top coat was just very sticky to the point it almost ruined the color layers.

This is my second trip to The One Lounge. I was there earlier on in the week for the April special and decided to book in the Bespoke Body Contouring package. Today was my first session of this and really looking forward to seeing the final results (7 more sessions to go!). Cheryl is absolutely lovely, very friendly and knowledgeable. Such a relaxing atmosphere and environment to put you at ease. Highly recommend The One Lounge 😊 xxx

Jenna was fab! I got nail extensions with a French ombré and they're spot on. Look lovely, and Jenna kept checking in to make sure I was happy with every step of the process, and even suggested a sparkle which I love! Thank you!

I had the Bronze package which was amazing and have no complaints! However I paid for the full 1hour30 mins and was disappointed when I realised I only had 1hour 15mins! Obviously by the time I was dressed, out and paid I realised this but too late to do anything! This is the second time this has happened in treatments I have had! Little disappointed in that.

This was my 1st visit to Lumiere, my friend and I both opted for the pamper package of 3x20min treatments. The place inside is clean and inviting and the girls were very friendly and answered any questions we had. The treatments we received were lovely and relaxing and prices are good.The ambiance in the room I had my treatments in was great, and the room was a nice temperature. Would definitely use Lumiere again and would recommend it to anyone thinking of going for a massage or facial. They offer lots of other beauty treatments and aesthetics but I can't comment on these as not had any.
